The 2024-5 flu vaccine is available.
+ Everyone six months of age and older may get a flu shot.
+ Children younger than eight years old who have not received a lifetime total of at least two flu shots are recommended to receive two flu shots this season, spaced one month apart.
Updated 2024-5 covid vaccines are available.
+ We administer Pfizer covid vaccines.
+ We have been administering Covid vaccines since they were first available. We recommend Covid vaccines for all eligible patients.
RSV antibody shots are no longer available. They will be available to eligible patients again in October.
+ RSV antibody is approved as a single dose injection for all infants who are younger than 8 months old, during the RSV season (October through March).
+ Infants whose mothers received RSV vaccine before the last two weeks of the pregnancy are protected by maternal antibodies and are not eligible for this injection.
+ Data show the shot reduces RSV pneumonia by 70% and hospitalizations from RSV infection by 90%!
